Boxing classes are one of the most effective methods to lose weight, tone muscles, and build strength.

Hatton ABC classes Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6pm - 7pm are for all experience and levels. You will learn the fundamentals of boxing in a great fun workout; a mixture of 3 minute rounds consisting of boxing combinations, fantastic abs, lower body routines and mind blowing cardio drills to help you reach your goals. 

This is real boxing combined with real fitness!

Boxing Invitation Only Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7pm - 7.30pm sessions are for those who are more advanced or looking to compete. They will focus on technical and intense drills and sparring. Attendance is at the discretion of the boxing coach.

Lunchtime Boxing Tuesday, Thursday 12pm - 1pm classes are more appropriate for people with some boxing experience and will look at more advanced technique, strategy, drills and sparring.
