Tuesday, Thursday 6pm - 7pm 

You will work on the basics of strikes, kicks, takedowns and ground fighting whilst improving your agility, coordination and fitness. 

If you are more advanced, you will work on refining technique and strategy, sparring and helping you work towards competition, if you wish.

We have a team of competitors who have an excellent record in their MMA fights and a coaching team who can help you reach your potential. 

* Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am *
These extra sessions are for people who are wanting to compete and are on the Competitor's membership. They include sparring with the competition team, specific game planning and feedback.

What is MMA?

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports and martial arts. Various mixed-style contests took place throughout Europe, Japan and the Pacific Rim during the early 1900s. The combat sport of vale tudo that had developed in Brazil from the 1920s was brought to the United States by the Gracie family in 1993 with the founding of the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC).
